What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the number of guests, your event date and the message you send us.

We do not use this website to collect special-category data, and we ask that you do not send us any through the form.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange and deliver the services you ask about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Our lawful basis for processing is to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, plus a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which they are deleted.

Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties for their own purposes. We may share details with trusted partners (for example, for power or barriers) only where necessary to deliver your event, and only with what is needed for that purpose.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing.
